If you would like to help out but cannot be a hostess, we are always looking for behind-the-scenes help. There are many easy jobs! We need only a few women to…
· help with the ice water and coffee that the hostesses will serve. This requires an hour or so before the program.
· recruit hostesses. Just be deliberate about encouraging women to attend or to host.
· act as a greeter in the hallway while the ladies wait to enter the gym. Requires a smile and welcoming heart.
· help decorate the stage or straighten the blue curtains so they hang nicely.
· assist in selling books/music at the speaker’s table after the program.
· After the program on Sunday night, we have to tear down the gym (tables, chairs, blue curtains, staging). Do you have teenagers or a husband who can help? The work goes quickly and teenagers can earn service hours.
