1.) Host/Facilitator

This person would arrive early to each Grief/Share session to prepare some light refreshments. When necessary, arrange the set-up of the room to be conducive to group discussion.  Serve as a catalyst for group discussion.

 

2.) Group Leader

This person would welcome the participants and interact with them individually and on a group level.  Prepare and present an opening devotion/prayer, run video equipment, facilitate group discussion of video content.  Prepare copies of handouts for each session.  Work the referral process for those in need of Stephen Ministry connection.
